Important Delivery Notice

Customers are requested to carefully check and inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Any issue regarding damage, incorrect product, missing item, or size problem should be reported immediately. Claims made after the delivery process may not be accepted.

Exchange & Return Eligibility

An exchange or return request may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item has been delivered
  • The order is incomplete or missing items
  • The wrong size was delivered

All issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery along with proper photos or proof.

If the product qualifies for exchange, TURKCRAZE will replace the item depending on stock availability. If the exact product is unavailable, customers may choose another item within the same price range. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be issued.

Non-Eligible Conditions

Exchange or refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounted offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, washing, or improper care
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, or altered
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution differences

TURKCRAZE reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request if the product does not meet our policy requirements.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
  • The issue is reported within the allowed timeframe
  • Replacement or exchange is not possible

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days through the original payment method or agreed refund process.

Delivery Locations & Payment Method

TURKCRAZE currently delivers across all regions of Bangladesh. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected city areas.
  • For some locations outside major cities, advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

Our customer support team may contact you for delivery confirmation before dispatching your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided after order confirmation and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

  • Inside major cities: approximately 2–4 business days
  • Outside city areas: approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or high order volume.

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock availability and warehouse processing.

Customers are strongly advised to check the parcel and product carefully in front of the delivery personnel during delivery.

If you notice any issue such as:

  • Missing item

  • Defective product

Please report it immediately to our support team with proper photos or proof. Claims reported after delivery acceptance may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on delivery location, order size, and courier service.

Estimated delivery charges:

  • Inside Dhaka City: BDT 100
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 170

 

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be notified of any such charges at the checkout page.
